The full dataset is not publicly downloadable. Access is intended for qualified academic or public-interest research. Applicants must describe their research purpose, requested variables, data-security procedures, and intended outputs.
Applications are reviewed by the research team. Approved users may be required to sign a Data Use Agreement; approval is not automatic. Redistribution and re-identification attempts are prohibited. This page is an overview of the process, not a legal agreement.
